SUGGESTED USE:
Start with one (1) capsule per day. Increase serving until you feel a noticeable change in energy/activity. Do not exceed four (4) capsules per day. DO NOT EXCEED MAXIMUM DAILY INTAKE AND DISCONTINUE USE IF YOU EXPERIENCE HEART PALPITATIONS OR OTHER SIGNS OF HYPERTHYROIDISM.
